Lead Awareness
It's been long known that lead paint was hazardous. Today, more possibilities for exposure to lead are coming to light. When absorbed into the body, lead can damage vital organs like the brain and kidneys, as well as the nerves and blood. We now know that lead can be stored in the body and passed onto our unborn children. The good news is that lead poisoning is preventable.
