| A lifelong investment in wellness led to a study of Faith & Healing Practices at Marylhurst University, earning credentials in Self-Care, Reiki, and Chaplaincy, and finally partnering with Warm Spirit to build a national team of women committed to living and sharing the self-care lifestyle.I completed the professional training program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Teacher's College Columbia University, becoming board-certified in Holistic Health Counseling and Integrative Nutrition. This experience led to business development mentoring with IIN students and becoming a founding member of the National Association of Black Health Counselors (NABHC). My role here at ICTC is to coordinate the national Full Circle Doula/Birth Companion trainings, including: training materials, student recruitment and follow up, certification tracking, doula business development, & development of the Trainer certification program.
